4 Steps to Eliminate Chaos and Build a Thriving Business

At ActionCOACH, we believe there are six steps every business owner should take to epically grow the business. It may sound crazy at the entrepreneurial stage, but it is important to start with the end goal in mind, and work backwards from there. For your goal, I challenge you to really dream and find that big, hairy, audacious goal that seems unimaginable right now. Imagine how this business can fund your lifestyle, support your family values, and provide you freedom in the future so you stay passionate and present.

Step One - Mastery

The first step is Mastery, which is all about eliminating chaos. It doesn’t matter if your business is in its infancy stage or an ornery teenager, it will plateau without stability. So, I encourage you to spend time working ON your business each week instead of IN your business to develop and nurture your destination, money, time, and delivery mastery right now!

Here are 4 easy ways to start:

Define your Direction

What makes your company unique? What experience do you want to provide each customer?  How do the people in your company behave? If may be just you right now, but the mission, vision, and culture ensure you’ll add the best people to you team in the future and keep the customer experience superior.

Know your Financial Health

Numbers are scary but you will never move from chaos to control without information. To manage your finances, you must measure them. Set a goal to review your profit and loss statements regularly but just use your tax returns if you’re not there yet. Knowledge is powerful and intention gets results.

Value your Time

Time is the most important asset you own. You should be prioritizing activities that make you money which includes collecting debt, on time invoicing, and a focus on testing and measuring your sales process.

Consistency is Key

Your systems should guarantee professional service every. single. time. That will automatically increase your revenue with an increase in number of transactions and referrals without costing you anything. But if systems aren’t written down, you’re destined to do the job forever.

In Conclusion…

Brag Sugars says, “The biggest risk you can take is to do nothing.” Being part of this amazing TriadNavigator community already shows your commitment to growing your business. Find allies, research your competition, ask questions, take risks, grow your team, and dream big. But first, choose one goal to tackle this week to begin building the foundation of your empire.
